Bortis Gets Overtime Gift

Wow. What a game. What a finish.

The series is all tied up heading back to Swift Current for game three Tuesday thanks to Kyle Bortis jumping on a misplayed puck from Pats goaltender Linden Rowat. The goal 1:07 into OT ties the best-of-seven 1-1 with a clear momentum shift now headed in the Broncos favor.

I won't get into the details tonight, I'll save that for the morning. It's been an interesting 24 hours in the Queen City following the Pats 4-0 win in game one to open the series.

We're in one now.

I'll fill you in tomorrow. For now, some rest . . .

Just got home from Regina. For anyone who's wanting to ask, "ARE YOU CRAZY??!!?"

The answer? "I love night driving." LOL

Anyhow, what a game last night, and what a win! The guys came out and showed in a hell of a hurry that it wasn't going to be easy for Regina this time. What helped was, we had twelve Bronco fans there, and they were louder than the entire Brandt Centre combined. Rod Pedersen said so himself! Way to go boys!! I knew we all drove to Regina for a reason!

LET'S GO SWIFTY!!!
