Swift Current Broncos defenseman John Negrin has been called up to the Quad City Flames of the American Hockey League. Negrin will join the Calgary Flames AHL affiliate and will play Friday against Chicago.
Negrin was selected by the Calgary Flames in the 3rd round, 70th over-all in the 2007 NHL draft. Negrin has also been awarded with the Meyers Norris Penny Bronco playoff MVP award.
