The Blazers arrived in Red Deer in the early evening. The guys took part in a team activity just outside the rink to get the legs moving a little.
Trainer Colin Robinson "Toledo" helps the guys loosen up

- From what I gather the team has put behind the tough weekend on home ice and are looking forward to the next three games this week through Alberta.
The club has probably played their best hockey on the road with wins in Vancouver and Kelowna. Not to mention a 4-2 loss in Everett in what could have been their best effort of the season.
The Red Deer Rebels are 8-3 and lead the Central division. Offensively, Ryan Nugent-Hopkins, Andrej Kudrna and Byron Froese have been deadly. More impressive, the Rebels have only given up 21 goals in 11 games. That's the fewest in the WHL.
----
Goals against for the Blazers has been talked a lot about lately. At 53, it's the most in the league. It's an average of 4.82 a game.
----
F Chase Souto has been cleared to play after his concussion. F Jesse Sinatynski will likely make his Blazer debut tonight after being acquired from the Brandon Wheat Kings.
----
We will have the broadcast on Radio NL with the pre-game show at 5:30, play-by-play at 6.
