Great game last night, good win for the Broncos in Prince Albert.
The teams put on a good show for the fans at the Art Hauser Center. Barely any whistles in the third period as the team's exchanged chances in a 1-1 tie.
Matt Tassone stepped up in OT. He forced the turnover in the corner, came off the wall and ripped a shot low-blocker on Garret Zemlak. The team piled off the bench and celebrated with Matt in the far corner.
Even the coaching staff enjoyed the big win. I could clearly see a Mark Lamb "fist pump" from across the ice. Love it.
Both goaltenders were stellar. Morgan Clark picked up 1st star honours for his efforts. That's back-to-back solid outings by Clark.
The Bronco coaching staff says they will ride a hot goaltender out. I would expect Clark to get the call against his former team tonight when the Broncos host the Red Deer Rebels.
Another big one tonight.... Broncos and Rebels - face-off 7:30 from the Credit Union i-plex. Action on the Eagle begins at 7pm with the pre-game show.

Shall we continue with the jersey color theory tonight?
