Press Release:-The Swift Current Broncos’ Head Coach and General Manager Mark Lamb has announced the organization has signed 2010 1st round Bantam Pick Dillon Heatherington to a WHL contract.
The Broncos selected Heatherington, a Calgary native, 11th over-all at the WHL Bantam Draft in April. The 6’0” 155 pound defenseman had 8 goals and 16 assists for 24 points in 32 games for the Calgary Bronks of the Alberta Bantam AAA League last season.
Head Coach and General Manager Mark Lamb is pleased to have Heatherington signed.
“Dillon is a gifted hockey player; we see a bright future for him in Swift Current. We would like to welcome Dillon and his family to the Bronco organization.”
